NeetoCal offers users the capability to create contracts and request signatures from clients. we maintains a comprehensive record of events, spanning from the initial contract sent for signature to its ultimate signing by the client. We have established an integration with DocuSeal, a provider specializing in signature validation and documentation proof.
Contract Creation
To initiate the contract creation process, users can navigate to the "Contracts" tab from the left sidebar.
Here, click on Add new contract on the top right.
Users are prompted to upload a PDF or Word document. Subsequently, they are directed to the contract builder interface, where they can incorporate signature fields.

Automated Contract Dispatch
The contract is sent to both the host and client of the meeting when a new meeting is scheduled. For this to work, the meeting has to be associated with this contract from the Settings tab of the contracts page. Contracts will not be sent for signature during subsequent bookings made by the same client.
Signature Status Monitoring
Within the contracts detail page, users can access an overview of submissions of a specific contract. This includes a detailed event history and the ability to access the signed contract.
