With the Mark as No-Show feature, you can label meetings where clients didn’t show up, helping you keep accurate records. This ensures you can easily track missed meetings, follow up with clients, and manage refunds or rescheduling based on your policies.
Click on the Bookings tab from the left hand sidebar.
On the Bookings page, you will find a list of all bookings.
Click on Past booking tab.
Select any scheduling link that you want to mark as no-show.
A side panel will appear displaying the details of the selected booking.
Click on the three-dot menu and then Mark no-show option.
