Rescheduling and Cancellation

NeetoCal allows you to configure cancellation and rescheduling as per your business requirements. You have complete flexibility in configuring if the clients can cancel or reschedule the meetings.

These restrictions never apply to you. As the host, you bypass all client-side rules, giving you the ultimate flexibility to move or cancel meetings whenever necessary without being blocked.

1. Click on the scheduling link for which you want to configure Cancellation and Rescheduling.

2. Click on the Settings tab.

3. Click on the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund card.

4. Turn on Meeting cancellation & rescheduling.

5. Set your options in the Cancellation, Rescheduling and Policy tabs.

6. If the scheduling link accepts payment, add refund rules in the Cancellation tab. See Refunding a payment.

7. Click on Save changes when you are done.
