Templates

If you have a long question form and don't want to recreate it for every scheduling link, you can save time by creating a scheduling link template. Once your template is ready, click Use template to generate new scheduling links with the same settings.

You can create scheduling link templates from the Admin Panel and use them to generate new scheduling links. All configurations in the template will be applied to the scheduling link.

Creating templates

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.

  2. Under Scheduling links, click Templates.

  3. Click Add new template.

  4. Select a meeting type from the available options.

  5. Customize the template as needed.

  6. Once saved, you can use this template anytime by:

    • Clicking the three-dot menu next to the template and selecting Use template, or

    • Opening the template and clicking the Use template button in the top-right corner.

Editing templates

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.

  2. Click Templates under Scheduling links.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the template you want to edit.

  4. Select Edit.

  5. You’ll be redirected to the template editor. Make your changes and save.

Cloning templates

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.

  2. Click Templates under Scheduling links.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the template you want to clone.

  4. Select Clone.

  5. You’ll be redirected to the cloned scheduling link.

Deleting templates

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.

  2. Click Templates under Scheduling links.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the template you want to delete.

  4. Select Delete.

  5. A confirmation popup will appear. Click Delete again to confirm.

Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
