NeetoCal allows you to send meeting reminders to your clients so that they don't forget about the upcoming meeting. There are two ways to send meeting reminders to clients.

Adding SMS Reminders
In order to send SMS reminder you need to integrate Twilio to your NeetoCal.
Click on the scheduling link for which you want to send SMS reminders.
Click on the Settings tab.
Click on the Reminders card.
Click on the Add new reminder rule.
Enable SMS reminders.
Use the drop-down to select minutes, hours, or days to set up a reminder.
You can also add multiple reminders by clicking the + icon.
Once enabled, NeetoCal will automatically send SMS reminders based on the timing you’ve set. Clients will receive a text message with the meeting details, which ensures they are reminded of their upcoming appointment.
Click on Save changes.
After the changes are saved, NeetoCal will create a question for you with the title "Enter your phone number to receive meeting reminder" in booking page. The answer to this question provided by your clients at the time of booking will be used to send SMS reminders. Please note that any existing phone number question created by you will not be used for SMS reminders. NeetoCal will always create the question "Enter your phone number to receive meeting reminder".
You can set reminders for yourself as host and follow the same steps to add an email or SMS reminder.
