You can also request your client to reschedule the meeting by choosing the Request to Reschedule option. By doing so, the client can pick a suitable slot that the meeting can be rescheduled to.
Navigate to Bookings.
Click on the Upcoming booking.
A side pane will appear; click on the Three-dot menu.
Click on Request to Reschedule.
A pop-up window will appear. Enter the reason for rescheduling (optional).
Click on Yes.
The client will receive an email notification and will be able to reschedule the meeting.
