NeetoCal lets you charge clients for add on services they select when booking. Services can be paid only if the scheduling link is paid.
How to Enable Payment for Services
Make sure payment is enabled for your scheduling link. If the link is free, go to Settings and click on Payment to enable it first.
Click on Settings, then click on Add-on services.
Create a new service or edit an existing one.
In the pane that opens, enable the Accept payment for this service toggle.
Enter a price and click Save changes.
Payment is enabled per service — you can offer paid and free services on the same scheduling link.
Setting a Price for a Service
When creating or editing a service, the Price field appears once Accept payment for this service is enabled. Enter the price in the currency shown in the Currency field. The currency is always read-only — it is taken from the scheduling link's payment settings. To change it, update the payment settings of the scheduling link.
If you leave the price at 0, the service will show as Free to clients.
How Payment is Configured
The payment provider and currency are inherited from the scheduling link's payment settings. Only the price is set per service.
We do not currently support the following scenarios:
Free scheduling link with paid add-on services.
Paid add-on services for a scheduling link that accepts multiple currencies.
How the Total Amount is Calculated at Checkout
When a client selects add-on services, the total amount shown at checkout is:
The base meeting fee + The price of each selected add-on service
Discount codes are applied to the combined total of the base meeting fee and all selected service prices.
Tips, if enabled, are calculated on the base meeting fee only. Add-on services are excluded from the tip calculation.
Taxes are applied on the base meeting fee only. Tax is not applied at the individual service level.
Changing Payment Settings When You Have Paid Services
Since the provider and currency for services come from the scheduling link's payment settings, changing those settings affects your paid services:
Disabling payment for the scheduling link makes all paid services free. Their prices are removed, so you will need to set them again if you re-enable payment.
Changing the currency of the scheduling link updates paid services to the new currency. Prices keep the same number and are not converted, so review your service prices after switching.
Adding a payment provider in a different currency makes all paid services free, since paid services are not supported on scheduling links with multiple currencies. Their prices are removed and will need to be set again.
Recurring bookings with add on services
For recurring meetings, the services selected at booking apply to every occurrence in the series — clients choose their services once, and each occurrence includes the same services.
The charge depends on the recurring payment option of the scheduling link:
Charge full amount upfront — the client pays a single amount covering the base meeting fee plus selected service prices, multiplied by the number of occurrences.
Charge before each meeting — each occurrence is charged separately, and every charge includes the base meeting fee plus the selected service prices.
Refunds
When a booking is cancelled, the refund follows the scheduling link's refund rules (or the refund percentage you choose when cancelling as the host). The refund percentage is applied to the entire amount paid — the base meeting fee and all service charges together. Partial refunds for individual services are not supported.
