Sometimes, you and your client may agree on a specific date and time for a meeting through email, chat, or a phone call before any calendar invite is sent. Instead of asking your client to go through your entire scheduling link to pick the time again, NeetoCal allows you to generate a direct scheduling link for that exact appointment slot.
This makes the booking process faster and more seamless.
Why use this?
This is helpful when:
You’ve confirmed a meeting time over email or chat.
You want to send a link that takes your client directly to the confirmed time.
Steps to Generate and Share a Direct Scheduling Link
Open your scheduling link in NeetoCal.
If you offer multiple meeting durations, select the appropriate duration, say, 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
Use the NeetoCal calendar to select the prearranged date and time. Example: 11th April at 1:30 PM.
Once you select the slot, NeetoCal will automatically generate a unique URL for that specific date, time, and duration.
Copy this URL and send it to your client via email, chat, or any messaging platform.
What Your Client Will See
When your client opens the link:
They'll be taken directly to the booking page.
The duration, date, and time fields will be pre-filled and locked, meaning the client doesn't need to select anything.
They can simply fill out the required information and confirm the meeting.
