How can we help?

Redirect disabled links

When a scheduling link is disabled, anyone who opens it sees an inactive-link page. With the Redirect disabled links setting, you can send these visitors to a URL of your choice instead, such as a contact page or a general booking page. This way, links you have already shared — on social media, your website, or email signatures keep bringing visitors somewhere useful instead of hitting a dead end.

To learn about all the scenarios where a link can become disabled, read Why scheduling link becomes disabled.

The redirect URL applies to every disabled scheduling link in the workspace, and only admins can configure it.

  1. Go to Admin panel.

  2. Under Scheduling links, select Redirect disabled links.

  3. Enter the Redirect URL. It must be a full URL starting with http:// or https://.

  4. Leave the field blank if you don't want visitors to be redirected.

  5. Click Save changes.

Once saved, anyone who opens a disabled scheduling link in your workspace is automatically taken to this URL. If the field is left blank, visitors see the default inactive-link page instead.

The redirect applies only to disabled links. Deleted scheduling links are not redirected.
