Razorpay integration in NeetoCal allows users to collect payments for scheduled meetings. This feature is particularly useful for professionals, consultants, and businesses that charge for their time and services.
Go to Admin panel.
Click on Payment integrations.
Click on the Razorpay card, then click on the Connect Razorpay button.
Login to your Razorpay account or create a new account and complete the KYC form.
Click on Authorize button, then you will be redirected back to NeetoCal.
Now, you have successfully integrated your Razorpay account with NeetoCal.
Adding your websites to Razorpay
Razorpay only accepts payments from websites that are added to your Razorpay account and approved by Razorpay. Add your NeetoCal address to Razorpay. If you embed a paid scheduling link on your own website, add that website too, unless it is already approved in your Razorpay account.
Until Razorpay approves a website, payments made on that website fail with the message "Payment blocked as website does not match registered website(s)".
NeetoCal lists the addresses you need to add when you go to Admin panel > Payment integrations > Razorpay, under "Add your NeetoCal domain to Razorpay". This list includes your NeetoCal address, such as https://yourworkspace.neetocal.com, and any custom domain you have connected.
To add a website in Razorpay:
Log in to your Razorpay Dashboard.
Go to Account & Settings > Business website detail.
Click Add additional website/app details.
Click Proceed to update website/app.
Select Website and enter the website address.
Fill in the rest of the form and click Submit website for review.
Repeat these steps for each website you need to add. Razorpay's guide to business website details lists everything the form asks for. If you don't see Add additional website/app details, contact Razorpay support and ask them to add the website to your account.
Waiting for Razorpay to approve the website
Razorpay reviews each website you add. This usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Wait until Razorpay shows the website as Approved in your Razorpay Dashboard. A message saying that your website has been verified does not mean it has been approved, and payments on that website keep failing until it is approved.
While you wait for Razorpay to approve the website where you embed your scheduling link, you can share your scheduling link directly with customers. Payments on your scheduling link work as long as your NeetoCal address is approved.

Enabling saved card Payments with Razorpay
Save your customers’ card details securely with Razorpay using tokenization. During future transactions, customers only need to enter the CVV of their previously saved card, eliminating the need to re-enter full card details each time.
To enable this feature, you’ll need to request access from Razorpay. Please refer to the documentation, submit a request, and ensure that Razorpay has activated this feature for your account.
