Buffer time

Buffer time is the time gap that can be added before and after a meeting. This feature helps you schedule your availability, allowing you to prepare for a meeting and take a breather between two meetings.

For example, let's say that you have set a "before meeting buffer time" of 15 minutes before a meeting starts. You allow your clients to book meetings every 15 minutes.

Now if a client has booked a 10:15 AM slot, then neetoCal will not allow anyone to book a 10:30 AM slot. That's because you have set a "before meeting buffer time" of 15 minutes before a meeting starts.

Similarly, you can also set "after meeting buffer time." If you set both "before meeting buffer time" and "after meeting buffer time," then neetoCal would consider both of them.

For example, let's say you have set a "before meeting buffer time" of 15 minutes and an "after meeting buffer time" of 10 minutes. Then neetoCal will ensure that the gap between when a meeting ends and when the next meeting starts is at least 25 minutes.
