Update: Introducing the Host tab

We just rolled out an important improvement on how individual settings are managed inside NeetoCal. We've introduced a new Host tab in the sidebar, a centralised place to manage all personal settings.

Workspace level settings continue to be there in the Admin panel.

Why this change

Until now, settings like Availability, Meeting limits of host, integrations, and reminders were scattered across the Admin Panel and Availability sections.
This made it hard for:

  • Standard users to understand where their personal settings live.

  • Admins to differentiate between workspace settings and their own host settings.

What’s new in the Host tab

1. Your Availability is now part of Host settings

Your availability setting, earlier found under a separate tab, is now the first card inside the Self tab of Host. This makes availability management consistent with other personal scheduling settings.

2. A clean separation between workspace-level and individual-level settings

  • Workspace settings stay inside the Admin Panel.

  • Personal host settings now live entirely in the Host tab.

This ensures clarity and reduces confusion.

For Admins

Admins will now see two sub-tabs under Host:

  1. Self
Manage your own settings like, Availabilites, Meeting limits, Meeting reminder for the host and other personal integrations.

  2. All hosts
A new overview page showing all the team members' settings, like:

  • Host name

  • Timezone

  • Default availability

  • Integrations (Connected / Disconnected indicators)

Right now, through this page, the admin can edit team members' availability by clicking on the team member's name.

For Standard users

Standard users will now see Self sub-tab under the Host tab where they can manage:

  • Availability

  • Meeting limits

  • Meeting reminders

  • Integrations (Google, Zoom, Stripe, etc.)

Note: Standard users will not see the “All hosts” view.

Transition Period

For a short time, you may still see some individual cards under the Admin Panel. Clicking on them will show an informational message:

This setting has been moved to the Host tab on the left sidebar.” This helps users adapt without surprise.
