Even if your Google Calendar is connected, you still need to connect Google Meet separately to generate Google Meet links automatically.
After connecting your Google account, the Google Meet option will be enabled for selection on the meeting settings page. When a client books a meeting with you, the meeting details along with the Google Meet link are added to your Google calendar.
Go to Host (Self) tab.
Click on Connect Google Meet.
Sign in using your Google account and click on Continue.
Google meet integration is successfully connected.
Why you see the "Ask to join" prompt
If Google Meet asks you to request access to your own meeting, you're most likely signed in to Google with a different account than the one connected to NeetoCal. The meeting link is created by the connected account, so any other account is treated as an outside guest and has to ask to join.
To fix this, check which account is connected and join with it.
Go to the Host (Self) tab.
Open the Google Meet integration to see the connected Google account.
In your browser, switch to that same Google account.
Open the meeting link again. You'll join directly, without the "Ask to join" prompt.
