The custom domain feature lets you use your domain for the scheduling links. Without a custom domain, your scheduling link might look like https://yourbusiness.neetocal.com/meet. However, with a custom domain, it can be https://schedule.yourbusiness.com/meet.
Setting up a custom domain
Click on Admin Panel.
Click on the Custom domain card.
Click on the Add custom domain button.
Add your custom domain name.
Click on the Continue
Copy the CNAME record and add it to your DNS provider. Some DNS providers don't allow adding a CNAME record for the root domain. In that case, you can use an ALIAS record.
After adding the CNAME record, click Validate. If you get a warning saying CNAME not found, wait 24 to 48 hours. You will get an email when your custom domain is validated.
The SSL certificate for your custom domain will be auto-renewed.
How long does it take for the custom domain to be active?
DNS changes can take up to 24-48 hours to propagate through the Internet.
Will my existing NeetoCal link be affected?
No. Adding a custom domain won't affect your existing NeetoCal link. Your existing NeetoCal link and new custom domain link will work simultaneously. Any changes made using either link will automatically sync to both.
Can I switch back to the default NeetoCal domain?
Yes, you can revert to the default NeetoCal domain at any time. Just delete your custom domain. Please be aware that if you delete your custom domain, people who have received an email with that domain will not be able to use those links.
Does NeetoCal auto-renew SSL certificates for custom domains?

Your existing NeetoCal links keep working, and they now lead to your custom domain. Once your custom domain is active, anyone who opens a scheduling link, intro page, or routing form on your NeetoCal subdomain is taken to the same page on your custom domain. For example, https://yourbusiness.neetocal.com/meet opens https://schedule.yourbusiness.com/meet, and any URL parameters in the link are kept.
Search engines and social media link previews also get your custom domain as the page's address, so each page is listed under one address.
A few things stay on your NeetoCal subdomain: the admin panel, so you can always sign in and manage your custom domain; booking pages embedded on your website; and pages you open while signed in to NeetoCal, so you can preview them.
If NeetoCal can't reach your custom domain for over an hour, for example because its DNS record was removed, It marks it as failed, emails you, and stops redirecting to it.
