Why scheduling link becomes inactive

A scheduling link becomes inactive if the host has disabled it. When a client clicks on a disabled scheduling link, they will see a message saying that the link is no longer active.

  1. Find the scheduling link you want to disable and click on the three-dot menu next to it.

2. Click on the Disable option. This will update the scheduling link status to Disabled.

3. Once disabled, clients who try to access the link will see a message saying the scheduling link is no longer available.

To enable the scheduling link again, follow the same steps and select the Enable option instead.
