Multiple Calendars

neetoCal allows you to add multiple calendars into a single account. For example, you may want to add your personal and business calendars. neetoCal supports this and ensures that the availability of all added calendars is considered while scheduling.

How to select multiple calendars

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Google Calendar under Other Integrations and click on Manage Google Calendar.

  • Scroll to the bottom and tick the calendars you want to select.

If you want to add a calendar to a different account, you can do so in neetoCal by simply adding a new calendar account.

How to add a new calendar account

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Select Google Calendar under Other Integrations and click on Manage Google Calendar.

    Click on Add a Calendar account and set up your new account

To do the same with Outlook, follow the exact same steps in the Outlook tab in Settings -> Other integrations.
