Allow clients to choose meeting place

If you offer both in-person and remote services, you can give your clients the flexibility to choose their preferred meeting location. This feature enhances customer satisfaction and streamlines the scheduling process by allowing them to select the most convenient option.

Setting meeting place

  1. Click on the Scheduling Links section.

  2. Select the scheduling link you want to set meeting place.

  3. Go to the Where tab in the scheduling link settings.

  4. Choose the meeting location options you want to offer:

In-Person: Specify the location where you will meet the client.

Virtual: Provide options such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Phone Call.

Custom Locations: Enter location/Meeting URL which is not mentioned in given meeting options.

  5. Enable multiple location options by selecting the check boxes next to each one.

  6. If you want clients to select their preferred virtual meeting tool (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or Phone Call), make sure all relevant options are enabled.

  7. Save your changes.

Once you've set up the location options, share the scheduling link with your clients. When booking a meeting, they will see an option on the scheduling page to pick their preferred meeting place.

Show meeting location only after the booking

When your scheduling link is publicly available, displaying in-person addresses or custom locations on your booking page can be a privacy concern. Anyone with your link could see your meeting location before booking. You can hide the location on the booking page and only reveal it to clients after they complete their booking.

  1. Visit your scheduling link.

  2. Go to Where tab.

  3. Select the In-person meeting or custom based on your preference.

  4. Right side pane will appear, Enable Show location only after the booking.

  5. Click on Continue.

  6. Click on Save.
