Contacts

My contacts

The My contacts tab displays a list of all the clients who have booked a meeting with you. A contact is created when a meeting is booked with a new email. NeetoCal automatically updates each contact's profile with their latest and upcoming meeting details, so you always have the latest information.

To view your contacts:

  1. Go to Contacts from the left-side pane.

  2. Select My Contacts. This tab is visible only to hosts who have client bookings.

  3. Click on any contact to view detailed contact information.

You can view detailed contact information when you click on any contact.

All contacts

The All Contacts tab displays a complete list of all contact profiles across the workspace. This feature is valuable for those who need to manage marketing campaigns or schedule follow-ups with contacts.

Contact information

Contact information page provides a centralized view of all information related to a specific contact, allowing you to quickly access important details and manage related bookings efficiently.

To view contact information:

  1. Click on any contact name from the contacts list.

  2. A right-side pane will open, showing the following details:

  • Contact name

  • Email address

  • Last meeting details

  • Total amount paid (sum of all absolute transaction values)

  • Total number of bookings

  • Timeline view (shows all bookings associated with this contact)

Edit contacts

If there is a typo in the email address during booking, the client will not receive important emails like confirmations, calendar invites, or reminders. This can become a bigger issue for recurring meetings, because the same wrong email will be used every time.To resolve this, you can edit the contact.

This change will apply to upcoming bookings as well. Once, contact is updated confirmation email will be sent to client at the updated email.

To edit your client's name and email address:

  1. Go to the Contacts tab.

  2. Click on the (...) three dot menu icon next to the contact name.

  3. Click on Edit.

  4. A right pane will appear and you can modify your name or email.

  5. Click on Save changes.

Deleting contacts

  1. Go to the Contacts tab.

  2. Click on the triple dots (...) next to the contact name.

  3. Click on Delete.

If a contact has any payment-associated bookings, it can't be deleted.
