Booking limit for scheduling link

You can set booking limits in two ways. To set booking limits for hosts, refer to Booking limits for hosts. If you want to set booking limits for individual scheduling links, continue reading this article.

When both limits apply (a limit for an individual scheduling link and a limit for all scheduling links where you are a host), the lower booking limit takes precedence.

For example, if you set a booking limit for the host at 5 bookings, but an individual link's limit is set at 3, the scheduling link will allow only 3 bookings.

Types of booking limits

  1. Daily Limit – Maximum number of bookings that can be booked in a single day for this link.

  2. Weekly Limit – Maximum number of bookings that can be booked in a week for this link.

  3. Monthly Limit – Maximum number of bookings that can be booked in a month for this link.

  4. Total Number of bookings – Maximum total number of bookings that can be booked using this link. Once this limit is reached, the link will be disabled automatically.

Setting booking limit

  1. Go to the Scheduling link section.

  2. Click on the scheduling link you want to set limits for.

  3. Click the Settings tab.

  4. Click the Limits card.

  5. Select Add new limit.

  6. Set the daily, weekly, monthly, or total booking limits as required.

  7. Click Save changes.
