In certain situations, you may mutually agree with a customer on a specific date and time for a meeting. In such cases, instead of asking the customer to book the meeting themselves, you can create the booking on their behalf.
Once you book the meeting, a payment link will automatically be sent to the customer via email. The customer can then complete the payment through the provided link to confirm the meeting.
Go to the Booking Page and create a booking on behalf of the customer.
Enter the details of the customer and click Proceed.
On the booking page, you will see the option Skip Payment as you are already logged in.
Click on Skip Payment to complete the booking.
The meeting will be successfully booked.
An email notification will be sent to the customer confirming their booking.
The email will also include instructions that the payment is required and a link to complete it.
