If you have connected NeetoCal to your automation platform (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) but are receiving a 404 Not Found error, it means the platform is rejecting the connection.
1. Ensure the Automation is Active
Most platforms will automatically return a 404 if the workflow is turned off.
To fix this, check the top-right corner of your workflow editor. Ensure the toggle switch is set to On or Active. If your workflow is in Draft (off) mode, the webhook URL will usually not work.
2. Check for "Test" vs "Live" URLs
If the URL you pasted into NeetoCal contains the word test (like in n8n), it is a temporary link. It will expire and return a 404 as soon as you stop your manual test.
To fix this, look for a "Production" or "Live" URL in your webhook settings. It should look like a standard link without "test" in the path. Copy this and update in NeetoCal webhook.
