To cancel a meeting
Go to the Bookings tab from the left sidebar.
Select the Upcoming or Past tab, and click on the meeting you want to cancel.
In the right-side panel, click Cancel.
In the cancellation modal, provide a reason for cancelling.
Past meetings can only be cancelled if they were free. Paid past meetings cannot be cancelled.
Meeting cancelled via calendar
If a meeting is declined or deleted from Google or Outlook, it will also be cancelled in NeetoCal, and the cancellation reason will show that the meeting was declined or deleted in the calendar. However, if a meeting is cancelled from iCloud, it will not sync with NeetoCal. To make sure the cancellation is recorded correctly, it is best to cancel the meeting directly from NeetoCal.
To reschedule a meeting
Open the Bookings tab from the left sidebar.
Choose Upcoming or Past and select the meeting you want to reschedule.
On the right side, click Reschedule. You’ll be taken to the calendar page to pick a new time, and you can also add a note for the reschedule if you’d like.
If you are not sure about the other person’s availability, you can click Request to Reschedule, and NeetoCal will send them an email so they can choose a new time.
Meeting rescheduled via calendar
If you reschedule a meeting directly in Google, Outlook, or iCloud (instead of NeetoCal), the change won’t sync properly. This can cause differences between your calendar and NeetoCal. To keep everything in sync, it’s best to reschedule the meeting from NeetoCal itself.
