The Host tab in NeetoCal is your dedicated space to manage all settings related to your personal scheduling preferences. It centralizes availability, reminders, meeting limits, and integrations into one clean place.
Where to find the Host tab
You’ll see Host in the left sidebar of NeetoCal, right below Bookings.
Admins will see two sub-tabs:

Standard users will see only:

What's included in the Host tab
The Host (Self) tab contains all personal host-level settings:
1. Availability (Now part of Host settings)
Your working hours and weekly scheduling availability are now managed here.
This is the first card in the Host tab.
2. Meeting limits
Control how many meetings you can take per day, week or month.
3. Reminders
Manage email reminders sent before your meetings.
4. Integrations
Connect tools like:
Google Calendar
Outlook / Microsoft 365 Calendar
iCloud Calendar
Stripe Standard Payment
Zoom
Google Meet
Microsoft Teams
Slack
Gmail
The All Host tab contains directory-style list of all team members showing with overview of their:
Name
Timezone
Default availability
-
Integration status
Clicking on a host opens their detail view with breadcrumb navigation
Host / All hosts / [Host Name]
