Meeting limits for individual scheduling links

You can set meeting limits in two ways. To set meeting limits for hosts, refer to Meeting limits for hosts. If you want to set meeting limits for individual scheduling links, continue with the present article.

When both limits are applied (a limit for an individual scheduling link and a limit for all scheduling links), the lower meeting limit will take precedence.

For example, if you set meeting limit for hosts at 5 meetings from the admin panel but an individual link's limit is set at 3 from the settings tab of the individual scheduling link, the scheduling link will allow only 3 meetings.

Types of meeting limits

  1. Daily Limit – Maximum number of meetings that can be booked in a single day for this link.

  2. Weekly Limit – Maximum number of meetings that can be booked in a week for this link.

  3. Monthly Limit – Maximum number of meetings that can be booked in a month for this link.

  4. Total Number of Meetings – Maximum total number of meetings that can be booked using this link. Once this limit is reached, the link will be disabled automatically.
