Notification templates let workspace admins manage the default content for emails and SMS that NeetoCal sends for bookings. Changes made here apply to all scheduling links in the workspace unless a specific link overrides them. This saves time and ensures consistency.
To set notification templates:
Go to Admin panel.
Click Notification templates.
Use the tabs to switch between Email templates and SMS templates.
Manage email templates
From the left navigation menu, click on Admin Panel.
Under Meetings, you will see a card named Notification templates.
Click on the Email templates tab to view and manage email notification templates.

Click the email notification templates card to open the editor.

Make your changes in the editor.
You can use dynamic variables like
{{client_name}},{{host_name}},{{meeting_name}},{{meeting_time}}.The rejection email editor also supports
{{booking.rejection_reason}}to include the reason the booking was declined.
Click Preview to see how the email will look.
Click Save changes.
Once you save updates, they will apply across all scheduling links in the workspace (unless a scheduling link has been set to use a customised email notification).
Tip: Click Reset to default to restore the system template for that email.
Manage SMS templates
From the left navigation menu, click on Admin Panel.
Under Meetings, you will see a card named Notification templates.
Click on the SMS templates tab to view and manage email notification templates.

Click the SMS notification card to open the editor.
Update the message body.

Click Save changes.
Use Reset to default to restore the original system reminder SMS.
Note: Long SMS may be split by your carrier into multiple parts; keep messages concise.
Precedence and overrides
Scheduling link–level customisations override Admin panel templates for that specific link.
If a link has no customisation, the Admin panel template is used.
Templates control the content of each message. Whether a notification is sent at all is controlled on the Global notifications page in the Admin panel, or per scheduling link through Override global notifications.
