The search box on the Bookings page matches against the client's name and email, and against answers submitted in the meeting's custom booking questions. This helps you find a booking even when you only remember a detail from the form, like a company name or a reference number.
Searching for a booking
Go to Bookings in the left sidebar.
Click on All bookings or My bookings.
Type a term into the Search by name, email, or form answers box.
Bookings whose client name, client email, or a submitted form answer matches the term will appear in the list.
What form answers are searched
Along with the client's name and email, the search box matches answers given in text, dropdown, name, address, and email-type booking questions.
