Global notifications

NeetoCal sends automated email and SMS notifications to keep hosts and clients informed about their meetings. You can control these notifications from the Global notifications page in the admin panel.

Notifications you can turn off

You can turn off notifications if you prefer to use third-party integrations for more personalized messages, such as Zapier, or send custom emails using a transactional email service triggered via a webhook.

The page has two tabs, Email and SMS. Both tabs let you turn off the following notifications.

  • Meeting confirmation

  • Meeting rescheduled

  • Meeting cancelled

  • Meeting reminder

  • Meeting requested (approval pending message goes to host)

  • Meeting requested (approval pending message goes to client)

  • Meeting rejected

A reminder SMS is only sent on scheduling links where SMS reminders are set up.

Turning notifications off

  1. Click on Admin panel in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Global notifications card.

  3. Pick the Email or SMS tab.

  4. By default, all the notifications are enabled.

  5. Uncheck the notifications you don't want to send.

  6. Click Save changes.

These settings apply to all the scheduling links in the workspace. To use different settings for one scheduling link, see Override global notifications.
