If you offer both in-person service and remotely then,now you can allow your customers to choose which one they want to use.
You can find this option in Where tab of your meeting link settings.
Similarly, some folks prefer Zoom, and some prefer Google Meet. You can offer both to your customers and let them choose the one they are most comfortable with.
