You can connect your Daily.co account with NeetoCal to automatically generate video links for your scheduled meetings.
Step 1: Get your Daily.co API key
Visit the Daily.co website and sign in or create a free account.
Choose a subdomain when prompted — this will be used to generate your video links.
Once logged in, go to the Developers section in your Daily.co dashboard.
Copy your API key — you’ll need this to connect with NeetoCal.
You may be asked to enter a credit card during setup. You can skip this step by discarding it.
Step 2: Connect Daily.co in NeetoCal
Open NeetoCal.
From the sidebar, go to Admin Panel > Video Integrations.
Find the Daily.co option and click Connect.
Paste the API key you copied earlier.
Click Connect.
You should now see a confirmation that your integration is successful.
Meeting Link Duration
Daily.co meetings created via NeetoCal last for the duration of the meeting plus 1 hour.
This ensures the link stays active in case the meeting runs slightly over time. Any unused extra time is automatically returned.
One Integration for the Whole Team
You don’t need every team member to set up Daily.co individually.
Once an admin connects Daily.co at the organization level, all team members can use it to generate video links for their meetings — no extra setup required.
