Incomplete booking

A booking is considered incomplete when clients initiate the booking process by filling out the booking form but fail to complete the payment. It could be because of a technical glitch or incorrect payment information.

Incomplete bookings do not take up slots in your calendar. Since the booking process was never completed, these bookings cannot be rescheduled or canceled.

Deleting incomplete bookings

To manage incomplete bookings, visit the Incomplete tab on the Bookings page. Here, you can delete incomplete bookings by clicking on the checkbox located on the leftmost side of each booking. Once selected, you can use the Take Action drop-down menu to delete them.

Manually marking incomplete bookings as complete

In some cases, users may choose to resolve this issue by making the payment outside of NeetoCal. For example, the user might do a bank transfer or a direct payment to the service provider. While this approach can ensure that the service provider receives their payment, it does not automatically update the status of the meeting in NeetoCal.

NeetoCal provides an option to manually complete the meeting within the platform. This feature allows that the payment has been handled externally and that the meeting is confirmed.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to the Bookings page and click on the Incomplete tab.(This will display a list of all meetings that are yet to be confirmed.)

  2. Browse through the list and click on the meeting link you wish to mark as confirmed.

  3. This will take you to the main page of the selected booking , click on three-dot menu.

  4. Click on Confirm booking.

  5. A modal will appear; add the notes(optional).

  6. Click on Mark as paid to proceed with the payment confirmation.

  7. Enter the details: Payment ID (optional) , Amount , Currency and Payment notes.

  8. Click on Confirm.

  9. Once confirmed, you will see a message indicating that The meeting is scheduled.

  10. An email confirmation will be sent automatically to both the host and the client, informing them that the meeting is now confirmed and scheduled.
