Reference Descriptions allow you to add private context for yourself and your team, visible only within your workspace.
This is especially helpful when you have multiple scheduling links with the same meeting name and need to distinguish their purpose.
For example, If Andy creates two links both named "Meeting with Andy," he can add descriptions like "Use this scheduling link for high-value customers" to the first one. This immediately reminds him of its intended use and whom to share it with.
Visit your scheduling link
On the left side, under What tab you will find the Reference description.
Write a text based on its intended use.
Click Save changes.
