When hosts create multiple scheduling links with the same public meeting name. For example, Meeting with Oliver for different regions or teams, it becomes difficult to identify which link is meant for which audience inside NeetoCal.
Clients will always see the correct meeting name on the booking page, but for hosts, these identical link names can look confusing when managing them in the dashboard.
The Nickname helps you label each scheduling link with a private identifier that’s visible only to hosts and workspace admins.
Examples:
Oliver – US clients
Oliver – IST clients
Sales call – Enterprise
Sales call – APAC timezone
Nickname makes it easier to differentiate links at a glance, while clients continue to see the standard meeting name.
Where the Nickname appears
The Nickname may appear in:
The scheduling link edit page
The scheduling link listing page
Add Nickname
Go to Scheduling links.
Create a new scheduling link or edit an existing one.
Find the field labeled Nickname below Meeting name.
Enter a Nickname that helps you differentiate the link.
