Resending confirmation

Resend confirmation allows you to send updated meeting information to hosts and clients. This is useful when you need to change the host or regenerate a video meeting link, or resolve issues with invalid meeting links.

  1. Click on the Bookings tab on the left side pane.

  2. Open the upcoming booking details and click tripe dots (...) in the top right corner.

  3. Click on Resend Confirmation.

  4. If you want to change the host, mark the Change host checkbox and select the new host from the dropdown.

  5. If you want to regenerate meeting link mark the checkbook Regenerate video call link.

  6. Click the Resend button to send a confirmation email to both the new host and the client.
