You can block specific email addresses from booking meetings or buying packages in your workspace. This is useful when a particular client keeps making bookings you don't want, while the rest of your scheduling links stay open to everyone.
Blocking an address doesn't change bookings that already exist. If you want to stop whole email domains instead of single addresses, use the blocked domains option on a booking question.
Blocking email addresses
Click on Admin panel .
Go to General and click on Blocked emails .
Click on Block emails . A side pane will appear.
Add the addresses in the Email addresses field. You can paste a list, or separate addresses with Enter, comma or space.
Optionally, add a Note explaining why the address is blocked. The person you block won't see this note.
Click on Block emails .
Once blocked, the address can't book any scheduling link or buy a package in this workspace.
Note: Addresses are saved without plus tags, and Gmail addresses without dots, since those reach the same inbox. For example, blocking jane.doe+work@gmail.com also blocks janedoe@gmail.com.
Blocking a client from a booking
Open the booking from Bookings .
Click on the More dropdown.
Click on Block client's email . A modal will appear.
Optionally, add a Note .
Click on Block email .
Bookings the client already has, including the one you're viewing, won't change. Their booking details will show a Blocked tag.
