If Zoom asks your customers to enter a meeting passcode when they open the link from their booking, a setting in your Zoom account may be causing it. You can change this in your Zoom settings.
When a customer books a meeting, NeetoCal asks Zoom to create the meeting and uses the link Zoom returns. Zoom can embed the passcode in this link so customers can join with one click.
If Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join is turned off in your Zoom account, Zoom returns a link without the embedded passcode, so customers have to enter it manually.
Adding the passcode to your Zoom links
Sign in to your Zoom account at zoom.us.
Click Settings.
Click the Meeting tab.
Click Security.
Turn on Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join. It is below the Meeting Passcode setting.
If the setting is greyed out and marked Locked, your Zoom account admin controls it. Ask them to turn it on for your account.
Meetings booked after you turn this on get a Zoom link that already includes the passcode, so customers can join with one click.
Meetings booked before you changed the setting
Turning on the setting does not change links that were already created. Customers who booked before the change will still be asked for the passcode. To find the passcode for one of these meetings, sign in to Zoom, go to Meetings and open the meeting. Send the passcode to the customer before the meeting starts.
When the host is asked for the passcode
You do not need the passcode for your own meetings as long as you are signed in to Zoom with the same account you connected to NeetoCal. If Zoom asks you for the passcode, you are probably signed in to a different Zoom account.
In NeetoCal, go to Host > Self.
Click Zoom.
Note the email address shown after "Your connected email is".
In the Zoom app, click your Profile picture and click Sign out.
Sign in with the email address you noted in step 3.
